My name is Erik and I started this blog as a means to track my weight in terms of measuring fat loss through this interesting method of fasting.
Summer 2006 I read a Diet&Fitness book entitled "One Body, One Life," which I began my jouney into weight loss. During that time I was 256 pounds, standing in at 6'3. That following July I gave up sodas and by the end of November I quit drinking my beloved Monster Energy beverage. As of now I am 202 pounds, hoping to be ~180 before college next fall. In my blog, I will go in further detail about my plan. I am planning to acheive a low body fat percentage and adequate lean muscle mass also. I'll provide daily updates about my diet and exercise plans, and any strengths/weaknesses I experience on this I.F schedule. Thanks for looking.
