Sure I got lazy, and with this 2nd semester of school making my schedule a lot more hectic I just couldn't follow this and now that school is over(!) I can promptly and accordingly follow this.
OH! I've consulted with Mr. Martin Berkhan of Lean Gains, and if not tomorrow, I'll be following his professional plan for my weight loss plan. I can't post any details about this, which is understandable, but I'll still keep track of my progress!
In case you're wondering, currently I'm about 203-204. Heh, probably 207 now due to my dinner at a restaurant and my entree entitled: smothered chicken. Yikes, maybe I didn't need that, but it's my last remembrance of eating poorly before I officially start this quest.
I have until Mid-August to be what I consider quite lean. From then I'll use my school's weight - room to bulk up, and if this goes well, I'll most likely have Martin help me with concocting a new regime. In case you're wondering about my school, it's Virginia Tech. Ok, I won't get shot so get that image thought out of your head.
